How the treatment works

  1. Getting to know us

The first visit focuses on meeting the child and explaining through play so they get used to the clinic.

  2. Examination

Teeth and development are checked; if needed, a plan is made together with the parent.

  3. Preventive care

If the dentist finds it suitable, preventive treatments such as fluoride and fissure sealants are applied.

  4. Regular check-ups

Check-ups at the intervals your dentist recommends are advised.

Frequently asked questions

When should my child first see a dentist?

An early check-up after the first teeth appear helps the child get used to the clinic and keeps track of oral health.

What if my child is afraid?

First visits are planned as a get-to-know session; we do not rush the child.

Baby teeth fall out anyway — do they need treatment?

Baby teeth matter for eating, speech and keeping space for permanent teeth; your dentist assesses any treatment needed.

General information; your dentist decides on the right treatment for you at the examination.
